How does the eStationery work?
The eStationery consists of three files which we create and send to you by email. When you receive them you simply copy and paste them into your computer's "Stationery" folder. We provide easy, step-by-step instructions on how to do that, or we'll be happy to walk you through the process on the phone. The whole thing takes about 30 seconds. You can use the eStationery with both Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express, as well as with all other email programs currently available, including web-based email programs like Hotmail, Yahoo Mail, gmail and AOL.
Are there any problems associated with using the eStationery?
No, the eStationery works exactly the same way your current email works, except that it contains graphics which are  hotlinked to your website (and to your free DATEwise eCalendar if you are also using that marketing tool). Once you have your eStationery installed you can set it up as your default email template and use it all the time, or you can use it selectively as required - it's your choice. There is no perceptible difference in speed of sending or receiving your eStationery, nor is the eStationery subject to being blocked by "spam filters" since these filters are looking for certain offensive "key words", not graphics. If an eStationery recipient reports back to you that they can't see the graphics in your message, it will be because their own email program is set to "don't display graphics in HTML messages." You can't control that, except to suggest that they simply change that setting, but so few systems are set up that way that it's a minor concern.
